CAPTAIN KOFFI DOUMALON
is highly skilled and experienced with over five decades of experience in the field. He started his career in 1968 as a Mousse and worked his way up through various vessels until he graduated in 1977 as a Master Mariner from the prestigious Maritime Academy of Bremen in Germany. He then worked as a Harbor Pilot and Harbormaster at the port of Lomé, bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise .
After retiring in 2002 He formed MASICO and has been an honorary principal surveyor who Conveys his experience and knowledge to all other surveyors.
